It was an undercover operation lasting 7 months where a reporter working for the BBC's panorama programme was exposing Racist, Misogynistic and homophobic language at a police station. Language, because apparently that is the most important thing in the UK. The language used, in my opinion wasn't showing hatred towards women, but just stating what that officer wanted to do and how he shows sexual pleasure, and the BBC don't have a glowing history anyway.
