1. Just cuz some people were shit to you doesn't mean all of their people are ur enemy.
I was just minding my own business at a small cafe in Berlin. Then there comes 4 german fuckers who were mocking me by playing ethnic stereotype. Not good! But no need to hold grudge. Just cuz some germans were shit to you doesn't mean all white people are ur enemy.
2. Don't talk much and indirectly let people know you don't wanna talk to them.
My sole purpose is to work hard to gain new rare skills so that I can moneymaxx. What's the point of talking with People at all other than your close relatives? The same people you're told to socialize with will forget you a week after you die. Socialization is a waste of time.
3. There's no need to be violent, instead use that violence in your workouts to get more done.
4. There's no need to be violent but speak up when you have to. If you have solid and strong reason to stand up, it'll be hard to push you down.
5. It feels good to be strong.
Now I can do 20 pistol squats (each leg) and 300 perfect form pushups at 190lb bodyweight under 30 min. It feels good to be strong. Hopefully I can do 1000 proper pushups (under 1 hour) and 50 pistol squats (per leg) at the end of the year. I think it's my duty to be strong.
6. Have patience, don't do something stupid. You may not get 8s and 9s but at least your life will be sorted. No doubt.
