Theory Some advice for anyone who struggles with bad skin

Witch hazel gel! I don't know if it needs to have alcohol in it too.

It's always worked super well for me but sometimes you need to leave it on for quite a while!

In my teens I struggled quite a bit with spots so I thought I'd share this (hopefully) helpful tip!

@Vitarius Aw thanks! I just figured it's helped me so much and a lot of the membership here are younger and I know what a pain this can be in your teens especially.

@racoon4 For me I had spots yeah and that's what I used it on. I think in your teens as a guy you just have a lot of open pores because the stubble hasn't really come through yet.

It may work for other things too especially if it also involves the pores being too open.

One thing that really made my skin look better is cutting out bad fat (olives and avocadoes and stuff are fine I guess). I remember one time I reduced fat in my diet to almost nil and my skin looked SO CLEAR! I couldn't believe it.

You should have made sure,
