Not bogging yourself down in hateful delusions is a good first step. You have already worked on your appearance and getting healthy as well. Just talk to people. Get to know them. Learn to relate to them. Then bump that on up to females - they are people, too. They are not these nasty creatures looking down at you from above sexual peaks you will never reach. But people. A person. Like you. Just talk to them. If you are nervous, say that - she will understand. Just be yourself. Humans understand humans. Dont blow every thing that doesnt go you way out of proportion. STOP PUTTING THE PUSSY ON A PEDESTAL.
Don’t hyper fixate on getting laid/finding a relationship. Desperation can be felt from a mile away and is a huge turn off, plus they say that you can only find real love when you’re not looking for it (and that proved true for me, at least). Make a promise to yourself to stay single and not even worry about all that until you’ve become a better version of yourself - not just appearance or fitness, but social skills and worldly knowledge. Make friends with people you can hang with IRL and who will go with you to public places where you can practice just being kind (to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or level of attractiveness). Read some books written by women about women, not to “figure them out” or crack any secret girl code, but just to get some fresh perspective completely different from anything found on red pill forums. In fact, reading books and listening to podcasts are the two fastest ways to widen your social and intellectual horizons. Check out media you never would have otherwise been interested in, just for the sake of trying new things and learning how to see things from different points of view.
Good luck.
Oh, is any of you 21 years old? Don't worry, sweaty, you're still a baby. Your life is only just beginning.
