It's basically having friends/acquaintances and those people know other and together you all form a loosely connected circle that you probably can hang out with and people from there "knows you". My friend circle (which I rarely see) apparently has women in it now. Two or three of them. They apparently don't date the guys in it when I asked my friend. They play soccer with them and maybe hang out elsewhere sometimes? Not sure. They're in the whatsapp group though.
