There's always been people who say they are gangstalked. Mostly women.

They always claim they have some special quality to them. Psychic... Know conspiracy stuff... Important in some way... Worthy of being harassed.

My guess is most are just crazy bitches. And a only very few are actually being fucked with to test various em weapons.
