A slight exaggeration to call them "tits", I admit, but I have the saggy, puffy nipples with fat on either side of an overweight guy at 5'9" 150lbs. It was definitely caused by risperidone, because I had high prolactin (also temporarily caused hair loss and dick problems) which resolved itself after I stopped the pill.
