Ill translate a few of the most brutal responses ive got during my job hunt so far:

"Chapeau! You've already achieved a lot in your professional life. We're impressed. You have important qualifications for this position as well. And yet, this time it's not quite enough, because others have a bit more experience and prior knowledge in some of the areas that are important to us."

"We received almost 100 applications and were able to meet some very suitable candidates. Unfortunately, your personality wasn't among them. Therefore, we cannot consider you further."

"Despite the quality of your documents, we have nevertheless come to the conclusion that other applicants better meet our requirements profile."

How am i expected to keep on applying if i get suifuel responses like this ? They could just tell me that they decided for another applicant but no, gotta rub in salt in my wounds.

Edit: Also specifically mentioning some were selected and you were not. Of course someone was going to be selected since they posted the job. That's just rubbing it in.

I put all the talents and work experiences i have in my CV and still get rejected. The issue is that i have too little work experience and nowadays companies expect you to have years of experience because they are too lazy to train someone. The times of getting a job easily are long due

Isn't that probationary thing in the agreement for the sake of it? It doesn't really come into play unless there's a major fallout. Although, I have always avoided big corpos. It might be different there.

The minimal probationary period is one month, if your boss simply doesnt like your or doesnt think you are a good goy he can fire you for no reason in this time period

yeah you guys are very much ahead when it comes to labour laws. Eastern - southern europe is a shithole.

i think that being hard to fire is a double edged sword, because it makes employers much more picky about who they hire. Try to go for local businesses instead of companies until you get some work experience.

I apply to all kinds of companies, but like foids, they are all Chad only. Why should they pick some guy with no work experience and barely any refernces, when they can hire someone who has been working since years and has A grade references ?
