Trying to lose weight and going down to just 2 meals a day ( weetabix for breakfest no calories )

I don’t get how you guys can’t control yourself from eating so much lol
The only time I NEED to eat is to bring myself up from a potential diabetic low.
Count calories and stay away from heavily processed / sugar ridden foods if you want to loose weight, also some exercise is needed even if just night walks.
ive cut out all sugar entirely its the devil, also walking dog every day and doing squats/weight lifting.
Reduce carbs if possible, also looks like a good workout routine.
Sugar addiction is real though, I was fucking devastated when I became type 1 at 10.

yeh been really cutting down on carbs, have super low carb breakfast and try to keep it low for dinner too
