Been sick with a stomach thing for 2 days. Can't work. Thank God I had some money saved up so I can just waddle to the grocery store and get water and bananas. That's the only thing I can stomach.

Just diarrhea all day brocels... Shit is brutal

i got diarrhea for 4 days 2 weeks ago while in the army and it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. You can't eat or drink anything and on top of that we shit ourselves 10+ times a day. We were only allowed to eat rice, bread and bananas. Probably lost 2 kg during that time. You cant sleep either because you wake up every 1 hour or two to shit.

Absolutely brutal. That's how I am as well. Every hour I'm bending behind this bush at m campsite and blowing liquid. The gas and bloating is the worst
