I don't agree. I had a chin implant in the 80's, and it at least eliminated the worst aspect of my face.

Although most chin implants are shit and will only give you a Little bit of Forward projection while they dont Change the shape of the chin, i'd rather have a not so protruding wide sharp square chin than a Forward pointed narrow-round feminine chin

Have you researched surgeries? Wich ones are legit? If you have a surgery you have to do the right one with the right surgeon or you will not even look better after the surgery. I saw some examples of that.
