I had something similar happen. Only difference is she just have me a disturbed look once I asked for her number instead of reiterating and hersaying “no thanks” before trying to make herself busy to get away from me.

And she brought her little group of friends near me while on break within listening-distance an began passive-aggressively ridiculing me.
