I have noticed the phenomenon where despite waking up very late in the day, I get extremely tired at some point in the evening, like 8–11 pm. Like a cognitive EMP, I shut down even though it's been less than 12 hours since I woke up in most cases.

So I go to sleep, but it doesn't last for more than a few hours. I wake up in the middle of the night, like 12–3 am. From then on I am awake. Today this happened, I woke up at 3 am, finally got up to prepare a small meal at 4 am, and have now been awake for the past 2 hours.

These would not be problems occurring if I had a girlfriend to sleep with, as we would have a much more regulated sleep schedule together. I hate the forces that have taken this life from me and constantly taunt me with self-improvement, when in fact I am already good enough and deserve to have a girlfriend.

Maybe I will try to go back to sleep or continue rotting in this sort of trance, idk. I was quite wide awake when I was eating at 4 am and opened up my computer while doing so, but am getting tired again.

Sleep is absolutely miserable for me, all of my health problems attack me while im laying there

i might be in a bed for 8 hours but i barely sleep 5
 
I've always had sleeping difficulties (not like you're describing with waking up early, but just generally being unable to fall asleep). Honestly, in my experience, the best way to remedy them is to just remove all morning obligations, so you can sleep in as much as possible.
 
You should drink plenty of coffee during daytime, that makes it easier falling in sleep later on. Don't take caffeine after 3pm though

Same for me but it's more so the dark thoughts than the physical.

Although sometimes my skin condition flares up when I'm trying to sleep, and yesterday I woke up with my ear swollen shut.

I'm on school break so I can sleep in, but that will be ending soon. The school schedule was the main thing that made it so much worse, but I always had trouble sleeping tbh.

True, whenever I drink coffee / energy drinks I try to keep them before noon

that would just create a vicious cycle where you have to constantly have to increase the amount of coffee you need to get the same effect
 
Get tested for sleep apnea. Im pretty sure i have it, but i still have to get a sleep study to be sure
