Gaming Skyrim has lost its thrill to me

Or what I did once was try and kill every single NPC in the game. Another time, I played as the same character (a dunmer spellsword) for each game in the series. From Arena to Skyrim.

tbhtbh. I can't speak for Morrowind but I honestly like Oblivion more than Skyrim.
