It’s been only days since I started my actual first real job, I didn’t even know why tf did they decide to hire me! And yes! For anyone who wondered about if I got a job for that corporate position I talked about some threads ago…

The foid supervisor seems to hate me, the co-workers are 90% foids, and the male boss? He is already doubting my performance.

I gonna fail the probationary period…what should I do? Quit before they fire me? I can’t imagine working here for a month anyway, let alone years.

But I don’t want to lose the job before I pass my probation period, it’d be a real shame.

Did they actually tell you it's a probationary period? Or is it like you read it somewhere?

I've never been officially told I was on a probationary period.

You'll be okay, the anxiety is present it shows your aware; for now do what you know you can and if your fired, you did as you were supposed to and for your character can be content. Be careful.

There is no waste in sticking through to the end of the probationary period and seeing what happens.

1 month worth of pay is better than nothing, if you don't get approved. Or if you do, then you have a job!

*Sigh* Maybe UK land don't give out contracts for me to read then. Or they with hold them from me.
All I do these days is find out more and more the subtle ways companies throw me away.

I remember being in your position multiple times. We grow up not having women are age being our friends to learn how we're supposed to behave around them, then they assume we know by the time we have to work with them.

Edit:- Benefit of the doubt. The contracts were in emails I never read. But even then they didn't mention it in the interviews or the calls to tell me I got the "Job". They would specify calling it a Job.
