I would like to start this thread off with a dedication to Dr. Hendrik Verwoerd, may his memory be a blessing, may the Lord avenge his name.

I have lost almost 80 lbs in the past year and still, I have not been able to ascend. I'm ready to give up on trying to ascend. It's a false hope. I'm still a little overweight, but I don't have any loose skin like a lot of people who lose weight do, and I have barely visible stretch marks that are mostly hidden by my hair on my stomach anyway. Still, it feels better on my joints, so I'm glad I lost the weight. But it doesn't help me attract females.

When I was really fat I thought my weight was a big part of why I couldn't ascend but now that I'm only slightly overweight (not noticeable unless I'm shirtless or wearing tight clothing), females still view me as sexually repulsive.

That's because attractiveness is not just about weight.

A mistake fat guys who lost weight make:
They think that they achieved something and that they now deserve something for it.

You achieved nothing. You are now at baseline. Normal weight is baseline.

it's all about bones, if you have shit bone structure and lose weight it won't help you. it's why i'm not too concerned with losing weight (5ft10/178cm and 300 lb)
 
One of the few good things about being that obese is probably normies not wanting to fight you as much. With that weight you could easily ragdoll a normie , there’s a reason why there’s weight classes in martial arts sports.

However , 300lbs is deeply concerning. That is extreme. I wish you the best in taking care of your health.
I never got bullied in highschool and always wondered why and that might be the reason. I had 2 people mock my weight once and when I confronted them asking them why, they said sorry and they were just joking and didn't think it bothered me.

As for my health I am quite mobile. Although I do know being this heavily no matter if it's pure fat or pure muscle has bad health impacts and strains the heart.

I doubt I'll live past 50 and I don't even want to with how shit my life is.

It would probably stunt your growth if young.
I experimented with fasting and sometimes periods of eating less than 1000k calories when I was 17 to early 20s. I never grow much, but once I tried to increase my intake like proteins from LooksMax and did hardcore exercise, I grow around 2 inches in in the last year.
I probably lost like 2 inches of extra height or more, since my family genetics has late bloomer.
 
skinnymaxxing work for just some people and don't work for the majority.

if you have a good bone structure under the fat then you will definitely have a good face but if you're recessed then no amount of losing weight will help you also height and race matters so i don't think skinnymaxxing is the only way to ascension

yeah there's nothing special about being at normal weight, the only thing that can make it a bit special is that you gain a bit of muscle to support your weight losing journey and increase your SMV even by a bit
 
Skinny maxxing too much makes you look frail and weak.
Also making you an easier target for bullying. Normies are scared of incel ogres but not of skinny stick incels.
That’s amazing you lost so much weight though , can you share the best advice you have so we can learn?
Thanks - I did it mostly by walking a lot and also not eating anything after lunch 3 days a week. Occasionally I would eat nothing but 2 sushi rolls in a day.
