Serious Should Zensfy be banned for framing another user?

Irrespective of your views on agecuckery or pedocels, its a fact that an attempt had been made to get a user defamed and banned, based on forged evidence.

Now I don't wish to invoke a false dichotomy here. If @Nekopan is found to be innocent it doesn't imply that @Zensfy was guilty. Maybe there's a third factor here that hasn't surfaced yet. Maybe,as unlikely as it may seem, both these users were genuine in their accusations, if not wise in their scrutiny of evidence. I think its safe to say an explanation is owed.

But if it does turn out that these users were doctoring evidence to flame a witchunt against a guiltless user under false pretences, then shouldn't an appropriate response from the moderation make sense? We are taking about pretty serious accusations here. It puts the moderation and the forum itself in an embarrassing position. Users have been banned for way lesser tomfoolery. I believe, given the precedence regarding bans set beforehand, its safe to say that a permaban is perfectly reasonable.

What concerns me is that @Zensfy has declined multiple opportunities to explain his actions, instead choosing to incriminate himself and @JosefMengelecel in the process.

Forum leadership should NOT treat Zensfy the way that modern soyciety treats femoids -- that is, with zero accountability. If he does not choose to offer any justification for his actions, I think it is safe to say that a permanent ban is reasonable.

1. the image that was posted of nekopan on that instagram account which was supposedly "him" was a random image from google search

2. the "screenshot" of the dm conversation is very dubious and it seems extremely unlikely that it isn't just a staged conversation to incriminate him

3. zensfy's response to all this was "I can't reply without the consent of my associates" and its like jfl you're not supposed to say that part out loud thats kind of the most incriminating shit you could say ever

4. zensfy's associates were openly discussing how they plan on harassing people they don't like off of the forum (their words not mine) before this so thats really sus

imo the evidence seems to heavily suggest that the accusations were fabricated and purposefully orchestrated. the likelihood that all of this is just a coincidence seems miniscule. I remember how Colvin was banned for doing this exact thing and this case has even more evidence to indicate that this was a deliberate, malicious act

If the false accusations directed at @Nekopan were not purposefully orchestrated, my question is why @Zensfy and @JosefMengelecel have declined multiple opportunities to clear their names.

Having my name slandered like that was pretty stressful tbh and I didn't even know what course of action to take but a lot of you were there for me and even defended and made posts about me. As far as if he should be baned? In my opinion I think that he should not be banned, what he did was super fucked up and wrong. But now that we know he does this kind of shit it won't be the same for him. His punishment will be the fact that he's lost this communities trust in my honest opinion.

On the other hand it's quite clear that @Nekopan is guilty, and the evidence brought against him (he's black and he's an IT tier retard) is more than sufficient justification for a permanent ban.
