There is only a difference between breathing normally, which is just keeping your tongue up and breathing through your nose and MEWING. The first one, normal breathing, is actually the healthy one, not in the sense that it helps in any way but that THERE ARE NO NEGATIVES LIKE IN MOUTH BREATHING. But mewing doesn't do anything directly positive. If your jaw develops while you're mewing it's very likely that it would've happened regardless, it was probably your GENES that did it.
