This may be controversial here, as we all know how good foids naturally have it in modern society, but I would never choose to be one. Women aren't capable of being independent like we are, now it's never good to be forced to be alone like many in this space, but it's also something that men can uniquely succeed in. Men can be solitary creatures, whereas women depend on social consensus and friends for everything; they can't make decisions without outsourcing them to the herd. Being a woman would be an act foregoing any sense of agency in the world or rationality. There have never been any great female thinkers who have died alone, like there have been male thinkers. In my personal life, I can't imagine growing old as a married couple, I can imagine growing old and dying alone, and not being found for weeks or even months. I've grown fond of being a solitary creature over the years. I can't see it another way, so I guess my main point here is that we do have a unique ability to be individuals with agency and metacognition, something no foid will ever possess.
