I have been thinking about recently especially since my copes are running out, smokers here do you think i should get myself into smoking?
No, ciggerates. I was wondering if it takes out anxiety and boredomI recently quit smoking, I don't really see any positives to it for coping, unless of course you mean smoking weed, then it could definitely make your LDAR less boring.
At first you might get a slight buzz, doesn't last long though eventually you're just smoking cigarettes as a habit. No, ciggerates. I was wondering if it takes out anxiety and boredom
It does with anxiety and boredom only slightly. If you should idk how taxed cigarettes are in your area if not very and healthcare is decent I'd say do it.No, ciggerates. I was wondering if it takes out anxiety and boredom
Aha is it hard to quit?At first you might get a slight buzz, doesn't last long though eventually you're just smoking cigarettes as a habit.
I do like nicotine pouches/snus though, not that weak American Zyn BS, that won't do shit.
Health care is shit here but they're not taxed at all even an 8 yo child can buy them with the daily money his parents him as it's only 0.25 centsIt does with anxiety and boredom only slightly. Depends on the person, I've never had a nicotine dependency and quitting has always been easy, I tell myself I'll quit and I simply do.Aha is it hard to quit?
A friend told me to use free nicotine vapeI miss smoking cigs. It was a nice cope and it used to help me relax and collect my thoughts. Weirdly enough, it used to heighten my anxiety at times but I stopped because I felt filthy every time I did it. Just be aware that you will be hooked but if I could stop, anyone can. Vaping is pathetic though, so don’t bother with that.
Do you think you're addicted? What got you started and so you think you could simply quit if you wanted? It alleviates boredom for like 10 minutes. I smoke lightly every day. It's not good for you, but I don't have anything to lose, really. It's a decent cope if you don't give a shit about your health anymore. Otherwise, don't do it.
I am addicted, yes. I don't want to stop either; if I wanted to, I probably could. I have gone days without feeling the need to smoke. It's more of a habit than anything. I started smoking to cope with boredom. It does give you a particular feeling of taking weight off your shoulders and gives you a decent buzz.Do you think you're addicted? Tbh you give me fakecel vibesI smoked once and thought the after-taste was calming and satisfying but I didn't really care for it besides that so I never did it again. Seems like a shit cope because it's a waste of money and just gives unnecessary health problems. Also makes you smell worse, had a Latinx chain-smoking teacher in middle school and I still remember his distinct smell which was heavy amounts of cologne combined with lingering tobacco. It'll just make you more unpleasant to be around to the people who have to deal with you (mom, dad, siblings, coworkers) just do hard drugs if you want something that'll actually help you cope but that should be like a last resort. (Alcohol would probably be the best bet)
Anything specific that comes to mind that makes you think I'm a fakecel? Besides me being new here?Tbh you give me fakecel vibes
