Should I go get food

I can walk either 15 mins to burger shop or 30 mins to other burger shop or 40 mins to my mum's house to cook something

I can cook egg and paratha like I always do but I don't like to see my mum and dad anymore. They always argue and blame me and make me angry.

Should I just lay here I probably won't doo to much damage if I don't eat for a day or 2.

Not really got much choice I have to buy it from outside

just buy from grocery store, literally anything.
even frozen

if you dont, then i would just eat bread and save up for an airfryer, its like less then 20 euros
