I am Finnish and all these happened in Finland. Mental patients in Finland have no rights, they can be drugged against their will even as adults in involuntary treatment even when appeal is still pending in court about the involuntary commitment. In the USA one can't even get involuntary commitment without making a crime. Here over 99% of adults in mental hospitals with involuntary commitment did not make any crimes.

In every other case in law the order can not be enforced if appeal is pending. Fraud asylum seekers can not be removed from the country before all their multiple appeals have been processed (takes years). While mental hospital patient can be forced to take anti-psychotics that permanently reduce one's brain mass and IQ. And can have other permanent effects.
