Hi guys I just wanted to share my experience with nofap if anybody is interested. I'm on nofap for more than 5 years (began September 2020). Well I fapped a few times id say 5-10 since that day on times I got very depressed. Last time i fapped was December 2023. I'm 26 years old
Nofap didn't give me superpowers and didn't change my life completely I'm not part of some semen retention cult but thanks to it I don't waste time on porn and fapping and have a lot more energy (before I would often watch porn and edge for 3-4 hours and feel exhausted and depressed afterwards). Also it boosts my self esteem ( In my imagination I'm mogtw monk not incel)yes it's cope but it helps me feel better about myself.
Long term no fap makes my dick completely dead, I have 0 sex drive, even if 10 attractive naked foids suddenly appeared in my basement I would be numb to it. It really helps deal with inceldom and it gives me feeling of freedom. Sex drive is like a demon as Shopenhauer describes it.
Of course nofap is not suitable for everyone and I really don't want to be judgemental or patronising.
first month is VERY hard I have to admit , but for me it was worth it. After 2-3 months it gets easy.
Maybe it's not good for everyone, overall I think my libido is below average, but it can be helpful for some of you guys that also have low sex drive built in.
I read a book from doctor Samuel Tissot from 18th century (great book" diseases caused by masturbation" )and I can share his methods of dealing with obsessive thoughts of venereal pleasures:
- Don't drink alcohol, it can make you loose self control easly
- obviously refrain from ANY porn but also refrain from watching social media, Instagram, movies, music - all of it is packed with obscene content and foid worship
- good light diet (one doctor even recommended vegetarian diet) - I think eating goyslop increases craving of porn and masturbation, they make it that way to make goyim even more stupid
- activity like running, walking, gym, cycling can help. When you are very tired you just want to go to bed and not fap
- avoid goyslop music revolving around sex
- when you see some attractive foid on the street look away, don't look at her at all
- my personal method: when I felt like masturbating I would take a very cold shower for 15 min or so then put my willy in a bucket with cold water and ice for some time - it would remove these obsessive thoughts for a few hours
