Should I give Fallout 4 another try?

I tried to play that game twice but it always bores me because it's so inferior to Fallout New Vegas in every aspect except graphics and some of the combat. The furthest I got was when you reach Boston and then Preston tells you to fight a giant mirelurk (was it called like that?) which always killed me. Not sure if I should give it a try or just start Borderlands 2 which has been in my steam library for a while.

If you play it vanilla it is boring af. The great thing about Fallout 4 is that it has one of the biggest modding communities ever. Play it with 50 mods and it’s actually pretty fun.

I tried but that shit was just too brutal for me. Also the buggy hit detection doesn't help

Just mod it with a bunch of quest mods. That just spawn in some good guns and level yourself up with the console and play the far harbor dlc. It's probably the only consistently good piece of content in vanilla fallout 4 imo.

Fallout 4 is one of my favorite game of all time.

The Building aspect alone is worth the try on the long run, the graphics are good, the music is good, the atmosphere, everything. Mods can also help you cope with some things that were present in New Vegas and not in fo4

It's a shit story but is really good for making your own stories, especially since you can make your own settlements. Mods also help.

You need to make your own fun.
