And positivity will come natural whe nthe negatives are gone. Trying to be overly positive anyway loses sight of the negative and you'll have less competence/ ccredit for your confidence and joy. Plus you'll probably fall down a crack eventually, and then positivity can be easily mended into acceptance when a coping me chanism arrives to confuse being positive with yourself in your situation with finding a positivity with one of the negatives you felt badabotu in the first place.
