Shooter suggestions?

I feel like getting into a shooter. Last one I played was Halo Infinite but that's pretty much dead. Just want something where I can drop into matches and have some fun. Would prefer more "realistic" style rather than cartoony, and not a hero shooter but more CoD style. Don't want it to be too sweaty or realistic/involved, just some arcade style CoD shooting. Is the new CoD the way to go? I feel like it's dominated by young zoomers and gen alpha with 0.0001 second reaction times that will fuck me up.

Or just if you have any multiplayer games that you reccomend.

I like Enlisted and it's my go to mp fps game when i want to hop in and play. New Cod is total trash don't ever give them a single cent.
