light skin isn't white, you will still have light brown skin in closed area and unless you're in the sun all the time, you will still be seen as dark.
also what kind of surgeries?
i think bug eyes, thick wide rounded skulls and hooked wide noses need a surgery.
maybe even eye bridge but hair type is always a problem.

I used it for 2 weeks then stopped using it because my hair started turning gray but I noticed big improvement just in that 2 weeks usage.Then I was back out in sun so skin became dark again.Just started it again 2 days ago because I am ldaring.

If I keep using it for two months I'm pretty sure my skin will become lighter just like my chest and stomach but it's just temporary.If i go back out in the sun it will become dark again.Laser treatment is the only permanent solution for this.

yeah, vitiligo caused by the usage of monobenzone.
you can get vitiligo voluntarily then make it a full permanent skin bleach. it can be dangerous tho since you don't know what parts of your skin might not work with monobenzone and you might end up with little spots of brown or black color.
