They did pretty well on s2 of jewjewtsu kaisen but fucking shitshow man after? Lmao what a joke of a studio.

Why is that shitshow still a thing anyway? The story, lore and world building is awfully meh. There's literally no life of that show, just your run of the mill simp material pretending to be shonen slop or trying to fill up with something whilst hiding harem aspects. I would've appreciate this dumb show more If it wasn't too obvious. Also the pathetic fans are below molecular larping level of simping. They will feel so damn absolutely inferior to these whores to the point that they'd just be a creature with the lowest to 0 level of intelligence, a molecule

The manga was OK, they did a terrible job with the anime, not just the CGI and animation, but mostly the direction and style, it was way off. And I never got the hype for jiu-jitsu kaisen, or for MAPPA in general.

jjk was nothing too great either they only did better with the cinematic production, the shibuya arc, and toji. But it's miles better than the entirety of shitshow man.

The out of context panels and fan base do look obnoxious, but the world building and action is actually suprisingly good especially rn with the leadup to the apocalypse sho. I just watched the reze movie and the score + fight scenes was great.

wdym the world building is horribly executed, lifeless and rushed, the author doesn't really care about the world building at all. The action is just your run of the mill flashy garbage with both opponents ramming towards each other like braindead gorillas so that adhd-filled zoomers would nut themselves.

The manga does try to elevate his character by showing how he grows in his relationships by not seeking superficial sex stuff (bathtub scene with power) but he ends up defaulting back to it everytime it’s so fucking annoying to see lol

watched movie yesterday it was pretty good but as always really predictable. Still it's the only manga adaptation of chaincuckman that had good animation and artstyle. Power and Denji were shit characters as always.
