Whenever you see a result of especially a (nose) surgery posted online, there's hundreds of comments saying: "she looked better before".

This is of course massive cope. The after picture always looks better than the before. The people in the comments are jealous that they don't have the money or courage to go through with something like that, and of course that the patient has gained 1-2 looks points.
