No they are based. Eugenics is not female-centric in nature. Eugenics enables us to upgrade ourselves to become healthier, stronger, more attractive, more intelligent, more performant, and more competitive. By increasing the number and proportion of superior people, societal burden is reduced and output increased. Quality of life grows as the quality of people grows.
