I can’t live like this there’s 100 people screaming at me telling me to do different things. I can barely fucking think straight even typing this is a struggle. In genuinely serious it makes being awake torture

Can't you try tylenol + anxiety medication combined with diazepam or zolpidem?
(diazepam or zolpidem are sleeping medication btw I like zolpidem it works faster on me not recomended for longer periods can cause some sleeping related issues like sleepwalking and amnesia)

i got super high yesterday and i swear it was one of the best days I've had in a while.

I’ve been planning to get on one of those for a while but I can’t access my local doctor right now due to some shitty circumstances
 
I have had episodes in which i feel like i am about to freak out and in those situations i always try to get out of the house. I just make any excuse to go outside and i drive around a bit and listen to music which calms me down and when that doesnt work being inside your car gives you the perfect private place to yell at the top of your longs or have those conversations with yourself you are too scared to have when around others.

I should also mention that being who we are we need to have several copes and distractions ready so i hope you already have a routine for your day. I for example just try to game as much as i can or listen to youtube videos just wasting time which usually shuts out the noise in my head until i reach a more calm state

My copes and distractions don’t work anymore I’ve completely lost interest in all of them. It also doesn’t help that my anxiety is too high to even leave my house

Then at this point i would consider meds because the alternative is that you lose control
