How do you find things to talk about? I always either just reply to what the other person is telling me, or I let us sit in awkward silence.

I genuinely can't lead a convo, or ask questions, it feels so forced. Please I need to be taught please.

Ask simple questions

If you don't know what to ask, remember what type of questions people ask you, so you can ask them to other ppl later on

If you don't know at all what to say, at the end of your answer, just say "and you?" and try to ask other questions based on what the person says
