Yes we know curries and soycucks from Reddit are confident as hell to the point we laugh at their delusion.

But without confidence or self esteem you're fucked at life.

Let me explain

I've always had massive confidence issues and they've only gotten worse as the world showed me how pathetic I am as I got older.

This soon starts affecting your mindset. Which in turn affects your own actions and how you talk.

This becomes more apprarenty when you're an adult. People take one look at you and can see your body language knowing you're just a schmuck.

This hurts even more at work. Lets say the boss asks have you submitted the report to me? Have you checked it?

You say "Yes, its submitted and checked."

Now saying this with different tones makes a huge difference.

You say in a confident tone? The boss goes well done!

You say in a non-confident tone? The boss goes hmmm... better check if you fucked anything up again.Sigh.... more of my time wasted here

Keep repeating it and people generally don't trust you.

Chad has always been validated. Therefore he never doubts himself. Everything he does is always right. People trust him regardless.

Confidence won't make you a chad. But chad never lacks in confidence

Complete BS, I have like zero self-esteem yet at every place I work I'm said to be one of the best workers and I get promoted quickly, and I've often negotiated pay raises for myself

Its not self-esteem you need to perform all the things you mentioned above, what you need is to simply WANT THINGS, if you don't actually want anything, you have no goals, you aren't desperate to get something in life, then you'll exert no effort in other aspects of your life, you gave an example about speaking in a "confident tone", you don't actually need to be confident to speak in that tone

It sounds really stupid to be self aware enough to understand what you need to do, yet tell yourself because you aren't feeling a certain way about yourself YOU'LL GO OUT OF YOUR WAY NOT TO DO IT, it just sounds childish as hell, if you know what behaviors you need to emulate to give the illusion of confidence THEN SIMPLY EMULATE THOSE BEHAVIORS, its as simple as that
