Is anyone battling with paranoia that ends of becoming a self fufilling prophecy in itself? Even though you try hard to ascend or find opportunity in what is available to you, you still fuck it up due to paranoias that keep you away from progress.
Ive stopped caring and just live day to day. Best cope imo.
It's not really paranoi because I know the things I'm worrying about are true.
You're not alone. I have mild schizo too and see/hear demons attacking me. Every time I worry about something happening, 60% of the time they actually happen and it makes me so paranoid that I just stop taking chances in general and stay in my room all day.
