I've been very self-conscious since childhood, decades ago. The other day I had to go into a busy city-centre and even though it was quite chilly I had cold sweats. I hate making eye contact with people especially attractive toilets. Honestly I wouldn't wish this condition on my worst enemy. Cold sweats, headaches, nausea, disorientation. If you don't have the right looks and mental toughness you are going to suffer like a dogsbody EVERY SINGLE MOMENT of EVERY SINGLE DAY. You are in hell boyo and you are the easy meat. There is only death to comfort you.

I used to be like that, but then overtime I began caring less and less. It's in the mindset, what's the point of caring about anything. Just do what makes you content and ignore everything else.
