When you were younger in school as an ugly male, you were bullied and ostracized due to your inferior genetics. Most people probably didn't even know you existed, let alone were being bullied. And the ones who did know about you didn't care to save you because they wanted you to die the same way the bullies did when they tried to kill you.
Your teachers neglected you by not giving you as much attention as the other students; that's if they gave you any attention at all. They didn't give you as much help when you did academically bad nor did they give you as much positive reinforcement when you did academically good. It's highly unlikely that they ever socialised with you and took interest in your personal life and got to know you on a personal level like they did with some of the other students. And some of your teachers may have even participated in the bullying along with the students.
And then, because unfortunately genetics isn't something that can change or improve overtime, the exact same things happen to you when you become an adult and enter the world of work.
