Blackpill Schizo Post: Aware of Control

It bothers me how I have no control over my sleep schedule. When I am mentally and physically exhausted I cannot decide when I need to rest, in fact it feels like it tries to decide for me.

Just like many things in this life that are out of my control. It works against me.

I have no control over when I am hungry, I have no control over when I need to use the rest room, I have no control over what I must do with my time, I have no control over anything.

Oddly I think the only thing I do have control over is my train of thought revolving around consciousness, but even that becomes disrupted once something tries to take my attention away.

I say all this to question how this is supposed to be "our" own life when just about everything is decided for us.

Just something to think about I suppose.
