I am like 3/4 way thru the game. at chapter 10/12 of Kasane campaign. 24 hours in. So far game is like a 7.5/10.
At it's best, the combat gets very addictive especially when you master the combos. On the negative side, can be irritating to grind, too much backgracking and boring side quests, so I just skipped em all. The powers mesh well together too.
Character development is good so far. No animated cutscenes but u get animated talking potrait and full voice acting for almost everything. So it's not too bad. It's nothing compared to persona 5 though, pretty generic.
Story or overall plot is very anime and weird as fuck like many anime. Lots of crazy nonsensical bullshit. also the game does have some cockroach villains which is annoying. people do die in the story so I can't call it bluepilled.
