Can I grow up some muscle just for running 10km, doing 100 squats and 100 push-ups everyday? :feelswhere: I've always been a musclet, a 13yo kid has more muscle than me

All of this training eating lots of broccoli, chicken and rice ofc :feelshehe:

No, you fucking subhuman. Hop on tren and spend 10 hours a day at the gym with 5 daily meals of raw beef and unpasteurized milk. :feelsjuice:

tren hard and stay soy king

better than nothing, but make sure to eat at least 3000 calories per day so you dont lose your muscle mass

Good luck running 10km every day if untrained. The rest is feasible. You will grow some lean muscle tissue, yes, but will mostly shed fat and be slim/lean like your average avid runner.

There was one crazy guy in 3djuegos who did it. The guy also larped as Spiderman wearing a costume and giving toys to kids and food to hobos.

To be expected, especially when looking at the bodies of long distance runners - all that extra muscle is metabolised, no need for dead weight after all. Cycling seems to be similar, something I want to get into recreationally in the future. Want to be as light as possible.
