Yeah I can kinda confirm this. A lot of people here have dark brown/blackish hair but don't necessarily look that med-looking because people here also tend to be very pale.

My hair is dark brown and my skin is very pale. My eyes also look brown in normal lighting unfortunately. I used to cope that they were green because they looked way lighter under good lighting but at most I think I could say they're hazel coloured.
