Navy? 1 obsolete carrier vs soon to be 12 fleet carriers
Army? 50% obsolete equipment, unable to deploy digital battlefield equipment and unable to serialize a new generation MBT, while the US ground forces are much more modern and better equipped.
Air force? RAF is severely outnumbered and technologically outclassed. Again, incapable of putting PAK FA production into any meaningful numbers.

The only thing that keeps Russia afloat is it's ICBM's, and ICBM carrying submarine fleet. Without nuclear deterrence the US would steamroll Russia in a matter on months.
