This is unlikely, Russia has already lost almost half of their artillery pieces and they are using shells from the 1930s sometimes. Also the death toll is now about 250,000 for Russia. Putin keeps attempting to increase the mobilization criteria in order to get more people, but eventually they are going to run out of both equipment and soldiers to use.

Russia also has a lot of internal strife, and the coup attempt from Wagner is probably just one of the many to come.
