you should realise most Jap protags are between 165-179cm (5'4-5'10") since Japs in of themselves are already not that tall, so it's kind of a moot point to ask for this shit, it's not as if those MCs are 6'4" or some shit. Clannad's MC is 170cm/5'6", and School Days' MC is 168/5'5".

I've always thought the same, why call it escapism when you're just reminding yourself of how shitty your life is? Besides, wanting to watch something because it reminds you of yourself is extremely gay, masturbatory, and foid-coded, like all those "realistic bodytypes" we see in modern video games and shit like that.
