Based Riotmaxxing (go berserk at property)

I wonder if anyone tried riotmaxxing. Basically, in a large scale protest, the riotmaxxer smashes property and destructs them, spraying paint on them, essentially going ER on property. As fun as it sounds, the rioter must not be caught by the police or he will have to repay for the damage he caused.
