However, little does they know, they have a lot of similarities with Islam.
1) Obedience
Ricecels are known for being obedient, just like Muslims are. One is obedient to a book, another is obedient to authorities.
2) Gender separation
Rices are knwon for having seperated gender relations. Pretty much same in Muslim cultures.
3) Facial covering
Face masks are the craze in Asia. Therefore, a niqab won't be much of change to them.
4) Superstitions
Rices are aggressively atheist, but they're also superstitious and believes in shit like Feng shui (e.g. placing things certain way brings bad luck). Same stuff in Islamic cultures where they believe in black magic and asking their imam for help about sihr.
However, the biggest takeaway is that while they can be similar, ricecels has no mechanism to handle the fallout these cultural traits bring out. Gender separation demands the usage of arranged marriages, so they can intermix somehow which does not exist in rice conscious anymore for example.
