RE 2 Remake was meh in my opinion.Finished it at least 4 times.The original has a very nice music,easier pace and scarier Mr.X encounters.

Claire was on a misssion to find her brother but you can also play as a rookie cop.
The original 3rd one is better, the nemesis one. It's more intense and scary compared to the 2nd on which is kinda slow IMO. The 3rd one also has more cozy pre-rendered backgrounds like in the cemetery/park and restaurant.
In the latest remake Claire has a face of a Down syndrome child. She used to look so much better.
The only thing better in RE2 remake is the graphics.
The gameplay is shit because they fucked up the original RE2’s perfect balance in that the zombies and other monsters/bioweapons were indeed tough but fair, in that if you made careful and consistent gunshots you’d never truly run out of ammo and have to resort to largely useless knife play.
The RE2 remake? Bullets?? Where and what are those??? Oh you mean those things that you empty into a single zombie and the fucker still doesn’t drop or if he or she does he or she won’t fucking stay down?!!
Ditto for Mr. X and all this bullshit I’m talking about is on fucking normal mode not hard mode or whatever needlessly over the top difficulty mode MLG esports faggots would likely prefer where it should be!
That said they also needlessly fucked up the story and some of the characters like Chief Irons who was better voice acted and far creepier in the original was rendered less effective as a result.
