pets are nowhere near like having real kids. you dont need to send them to school for 18 years and you wont go to jail for not having health insurance for the pet or keeping them outside or in the garage on a leash. for cats it's even easier, all you need is a fucking litter box and give it kibble and water, they take care of themselves. humans are also a lot more complex with more needs than dogs lmao. it's not like people pick between having a dog or having a kid. for most men having a kid or not isn't a choice, we need to find a woman first who will have kids with us. most males throughout history didn't reproduce. we literally had to invade and kill other tribes for brides if we can't find one at home. the pope is retarded by comparing having kids to having dogs.
