I used to struggle with multiple addictions at a time

-porn addiction
-drug addiction
-gambling addiction

replaced it all with tasty food that gives you a burst of fast dopamine.

My quality of life and clarity has improved but I've obviously gained weight.

Food addiction is dangerous but as long as you're not in a life endagering weight it is fine.

Make sure to move and you're basically fine.

I was at my lowest during my porn and gambling addiction , it was a mental hell for me.
 
I wish I could do that. I don’t even have enough money for food.
 
The trick is to do what grotty boy a.k.a @Todd Thundercock and I have done which is try to incorporate tasty low calorie food options to it ie jello, rice krispy treats, those nasty (but nutritious!) veggie pizzas that Tawd loves etc.

If you’re a soft drink addict like I am try switching to Coke but or Sprite Zero or even Diet Coke or Crystal Light.

So yeah it’s all about finding a way to still pig out but without ending up looking like one.

Though all else fails there’s always Ozempic or the gym with or without the personality trainer option.

Exactly. Food is the fastest way to recover from addiction , it is the key to get rid of actual life endangering addictions.

I also drink a lot of coke. It is refreshing , makes me feel good and gives me the needed dopamine to not seek anything else which may fuck my quality of life.

I've been through this shit and honestly being hooked on sugary drinks and food is better than being a gambling degenerate for example.

Being poor and ugly must be one of the worst combos ever. I can’t even afford being a NEET as I’ll soon get kicked out of my parents’ house

Legit i hate seeing dumbass twink normies saying losing weight is easier than gaining, no its fucking not im 30lbs heavier than i was in 2022 cause of food coping, on one hand i gained strength and size but now i look feminine af and have a fat stomach so i now need to leanmaxx again

I went through so much trouble this year to lose 30kg. Not worth it at alll
 
I think some drugs and a bit of food would be better, rather than just gorging yourself with junk. You don't want to become massive, considering the health implications that will come along with it.

Maybe try doing a bit of exercise too, in addition to some light drugs, and food.
