Not to get laid because we all know its bones and whatever but you need to be fit and healthy as an incel. No sugary crap. Why? Because as an incel dopamine can only last so long as we have been deprived of it in our depressive life and serotonin is a better solution. Imagine looking at your abs during the day, great fucking cope. But if you have a lot of body fat, digestive issues, feel like crap due to sugar AND the consequences of being ugly on top of that then you are fucked and the rope awaits. No sane person can not rope if their body feels like crap and they have bene handed such a shitty life. So please please please for the sake of yourself so you dont come close to roping do some star jumps or something and stop eating sugar.

I am not saying we are out of shape, I understand incels are more on the fitness side due to coping but the general population can get away with being out of shape from sex and better copes, we cant.

Not enough, endurance can be a good cope but you got to to high intensity stuff. Got to make it burn and you will become the perfect being.

High iq. It would be completely over if your body looked like shit and you're incel, unless you're will to fix it. Whenever someone talks about roping, I don't imagine them being someone into dieting and fitness. I never heard of anyone with a six pack rope.

I should try excercising because i feel like shit and i barely move but i'm too lazy tbh, i start doing push ups and similar things for a couple of days and then i get lazy and stop

If I'm going to not alive anymore myself, I'd rather do it with a /fit/ body. You can call it cope, but I at least don't want whoever hears about my story to think, "What a fat ass. He should've worked out more."

True among blackpills with whitepill tendencies but I'm a total LDARer, just not very extreme. I still do my life but I eat like shit and don't exercise unless pushed to. Fuck man, why bother looking or feeling good if nobody cares? I'll hopefully get my own home one day and control my diet then by not buying shit but until then my health will hold on, I'm still pretty young.

Some truth to what you say, but I would go a bit more extreme. If you have a 6pack it's a massive factor in being able to ascend. If you are jacked and have a 6 pack it's pretty much certain u will ascend and can overcome bad face or height.

I have seen 3 girls show me pics of them with guys with 6 packs, lying in bed. 1 guy was natty, one wasn't, one I couldnt tell.

Remember post 2012, women will ONLY accept a MCU body, women will NEVER ACCEPT A NATTY. Open your hearts to this truth, and then decide if u want a natty 6pack, and have to cope running around looking for lighting all day and have a fucking anxiety attack if u don't .

Also remember MCU bodies, that put us in the Incel cinematic universe are part time, because Hollywood chads have too much to live for, hence need to take care of their health, hence when they cycle off, they look v different

Yeah natty lifting is COPE mostly that's why I focus more on strength training, but I think everyone should natty train for like 5 years before taking roids.

imo Natty lifting so you can do sports well isn't cope. but yeah for fucking foids it is. I am personally doing it because I enjoy rock climbing and few other sports and need strong body to maximize entertainment extraction
 
I'm doing calisthenics with a dip bar tbh. Also have some dumbbells at home
