Just look at how Taliban in Afghanistan took the agriculture rural villages first, then surrounded the urban Kabul, blockading ANA.

Haven't there been some studies and statistics that the presence of any gun in the household heightens the chance of a woman in a domestic abuse situation being killed much more steeply than a man, since it doesn't matter who owns the gun, the man can get control of it much more easily? I'd kek hard if American women started mass buying guns to allow them to "protect themselves" (actually harass and abuse) from the men they wouldn't sleep with, only for the men they sleep with to kill them with those same guns.

Fighting shouldn't stop at man-made borders, like the Taliban did and what JNIM will probably do. Islamic justice should spread everywhere, instead of being confined to a particular land

IS-KP does not necessarily view the Taliban as "fellow Muslims", as the former is Salafi, whereas the latter is Deobandi (Hanafi). Talibani religious authorities have persecuted Salafis for a long time.

It could also be argued that the Taliban betrayed Islam by engaging in Pashtun nationalism, including but not limited to the Pashtunwali, an arguably "pagan" practice, alienation of other ethnic groups in Afghanistan, abandonment of international jihad and cooperation with kuffar states, e.g., with China at the expense of Uyghurs.

You're right, I was going to mention the apostasy of the Taliban in my post too, but figured it would be a bit off-topic. Taliban are tawaghit as much as other so-called "Muslim" governments are, twisting the Shariah and legislating by other than what God revealed, as you said, Pashtunwali. They are only tangentially better than other tawaghit, but there shouldn't be compromise when it comes to the Shariah or allying with disbelievers that are persecuting Muslims such as the Chinese.
This is why no other group besides the State achieving success should bring much hope or gratefulness, even if their enemies are worse, including JNIM. Jawlani replaced a worse taghut (Assad) and I'm glad he's gone, but Syria is still under occupation.
